Selected abstracts will be presented as oral presentations during the Free Communications session. Others will be presented as posters. |

Abstracts received after the deadline March 15, 2009 will not be accepted. |

Authors will be required to select their preferred type of presentation on their online submission form (oral or poster). |

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Academic Committee without knowledge of their source. |

Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be based on the average grade awarded by the reviewers. |

Authors will be notified of the selection results by email until March 31, 2009 and will receive all technical information and presentation instructions prior to the Congress. |

The authors' conclusions should be clearly stated. General statements such as "the significance of these findings will be discussed" will be regarded unfavorable and will generally lead to the exclusion of abstracts. |

Initials and abbreviations which are not in common use should be avoided unless they are essential. |

Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- All presentations should be made using the English language.
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 is recommended for presentation file(s).
When building your presentation, all files (PowerPoint and external, i.e. movie files) associated with your presentation must reside in the same folder.

Guideline for Poster Presentation
- All Poster presentations should be created in English.
- The board size is 2.0m high and 1.2m wide and poster size is 1.1m high and 0.85m wide.
